Fast-growing Analog Semiconductor pre-IPO company that's focused on Analog Power & Programmable Motor Drive ICs wants highly motivated, hands-on, and experienced Senior Sales Manager. The candidate will be responsible for driving U.S. sales in the south region to generate revenue for the company. Receive pre-IPO stock options, base salary, performance bonus, and performance-based promotions.

Primary and Major Responsibilities:

  • All activities related to revenue growth in assigned region
  • Responsible for all sales activities & revenue generation in assigned region, from initial introductions through worldwide revenue tracking
  • Target & grow revenue at targeted customers
  • Find new customers and drive them to Design In and revenue
  • Determine and execute rep strategy in your region
  • Manage distribution activity in your region
  • Align with Product Line on product roadmaps, marketing, and other tools that position Active-semi for success
  • Align with Operations team on material availability to meet customer's needs
  • Align with Sales teams in other regions to ensure consistent customer communication and support
  • Maintain region forecast and opportunity tracking database

Qualifications & Pre-requisites:

  • Bachelor degree, or above, in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • At least 10+ years of successful Technical Sales Engineer, Field Applications Engineer and/or Regional Sales Manager experience
  • Technically strong in semiconductor technology, specifically power and motor control.
  • Proven record of developing and maintaining direct/strategic customer account relationships
  • Self-motivated and driven, able to work independently
  • Not afraid of rejection, must be persistent and find ways to bring value to targeted customers
  • Ability to travel
  • Existing relationships with large compute customers in your region
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and interpersonal and presentation skills
